THIS DIALOGIC PROTM SUPPORT SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) by and between DIALOGIC INC., with offices at 1504 McCarthy Boulevard, Milpitas, CA 95035-7405 USA, on behalf of itself and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Dialogic”) and those customers that have agreed to and accepted the terms and conditions of the Agreement (“Customer”) and is effective as of the date of such acceptance of the terms and conditions herein by Customer (the “Effective Date”).
