WHEREAS the Minister is the owner in fee simple of the property identified as property numbers PID 1071638 and 1074061 lying and being in Lot or Township Number Thirty (30) in Queens County, Province of Prince Edward Island, and more particularly described in Schedule “A” attached herein (hereinafter referred to as the “Properties”);
