THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of , 2014, by and among the City of Reno (hereafter “Reno”), the City of Sparks (hereafter “Sparks”), and the County of Washoe, a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, (hereafter “Washoe County” or “County”). Reno, Sparks and Washoe County or County are sometimes referred to herein each as a "party" or collectively, the "parties."
