This CONTRACT for services (“Contract” herein) is made and entered into by and between the City of Palmdale, a public body corporate and politic, (hereinafter called “CITY”), and THE WELLBEING LAB dba LOUIS ALLORO, LLC, a Limited Liability Company, (hereinafter called “CONTRACTOR”). This Contract shall become effective on the date of the last signatory.
