This ReadyPipe Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered by and between Yipit, LLC, a limited liability company organized in the state of Delaware, having its principal place of business at 22 W 19th Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10011 (“Yipit”) and the entity you represent (“Customer”). The terms and conditions of this Agreement govern Yipit’s provision of and Customer’s access to and use of the ReadyPipe subscription and any related services (collectively, “ReadyPipe”). This Agreement takes effect when Customer or the authorized users designated by Customer or Representative to Yipit via email (each an “Authorized User”) clicks an “I Accept” button and/or check box presented with these terms (the "Effective Date").
