Thank you for selecting Clubhouse Management software (as more fully defined herein, the “Software”). This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (the “Licensee”, “you”), and Clubhouse Golf. (“Clubhouse Golf,” “Licensor,” “we,” “our” or “us”) that sets forth terms and conditions under which the Licensor provides you a license to access and use the Software.
