This letter agreement (this “Letter Agreement”) is being delivered to Skye Bioscience, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), in accordance with the [Securities Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”), dated as of August 15, 2023, by and among the Company and the investors party thereto][Agreement and Plan of Merger and Reorganization (the “Merger Agreement”), dated as of August 15, 2023, by and among the Company, Aquila Merger Sub Inc, a Delaware corporation, and Bird Rock Bio, Inc., a Delaware Corporation].
