This Policy is a contract made between Standard Bank Card Division and Chartis South Africa Limited, the Company. The Company agrees to provide insurance on the basis set out in this Policy provided the premium is paid when due and the Company agrees to accept it. Any endorsement to the Policy or the Schedule shall form part of the Policy.
