Organizations complete an eligibility questionnaire and registration process at http://ccmhddbrds.org and receive email notification of their successful registration. The process is required only once per organization, per Board (CCMHB or CCDDB), and establishes an “Agency Home Page” through which the Agency Director and assigned Agency Users create and complete the forms required for an application for funding. Questions and requests for assistance with the online system and forms should be directed to Board staff, who work with applicants to ensure that materials are prepared correctly. For PY23, many (but not all) previously registered agencies are expected to re-register, to update important information. Applications should not be attempted until the re-registration is complete.
