Please read this End User License Agreement (hereinafter “EULA” or the "Agreement") carefully before downloading or using the software that is either installed onto a device or embedded into a product or legally downloaded or separately received by any other channel provided by Riedel or any of its affiliates ("Software"). By receiving, downloading or using the Software, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. This EULA is a binding legal agree- ment between Riedel Communications GmbH & Co. KG or, as the case may be, any Riedel affiliate (“Riedel” or “Licensor”) on the one hand and on the other hand, any purchaser, user or evaluator (“Licensee”) who downloads, installs or uses the Software as a component of a Device provided by Riedel.
