This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between CITIZENS PROPERTY INSURANCE CORPORATION (“Citizens”), a legislatively created Florida governmental entity, having its principal place of business at 2101 Maryland Circle, Tallahassee, Florida 32303, and ECKERD COLLEGE (“Vendor”) having its principal place of business at 4200 54th Avenue South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711. Citizens and Vendor shall each be known as a “Party,” and collectively shall be known as the “Parties.”
