THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into between SYSCO BOSTON, INC. (hereinafter the “Employer”) and TEAMSTERS LOCAL UNION NO. 653, affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (hereinafter the “Union”), for itself and on behalf of the employees of the Employer covered by this Agreement.
