Whereas Maui Economic Development Board, Inc. (MEDB) is the publisher of the proceedings of the 2023 Advanced Maui Optical and Space Surveillance Technologies (AMOS) Conference, in which the undersigned is the Author, the Author grants and assigns exclusively to MEDB for its use, and all rights in and to the below named article. MEDB in turn grants the Author the right of reproduction in any publication of which he or she is the author or editor.
