This is Amendment No. 1 (The “Amendment”) to the Cooperative Agreement No. 14-Puente-CC-03 (The “Agreement”) entered into between The Regents of the University of California (hereinafter called “The Regents”), on behalf of the Puente Project (hereinafter called “Puente”) and Chabot-Las Positas Community College Districton behalf of Las Positas College (hereinafter called “Recipient”). The following terms and conditions are hereby added to the existing terms and conditions of the Agreement.
