THIS AGREEMENT dated the ______ day of _____________, 2013, is made BETWEEN the Borough of Bloomingdale, whose principal business address is 101 Hamburg Turnpike, Bloomingdale, New Jersey (hereinafter "Bloomingdale"), and the Borough of Kinnelon, whose principal business address is 130 Kinnelon Road, Kinnelon, New Jersey (hereinafter “Kinnelon” or "Service Recipient") (hereinafter collectively “Parties”).
