Enron Energy Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Company"), and Enron Compression Services Company, a Delaware corporation ("Customer"), referred to collectively as the "Parties," enter into this Master Firm Purchase/Sale Agreement (together with all Transactions, collectively, this "Agreement") effective as of the 1st Day of March, 2001 (the "Effective Date"). The ENFOLIO General Provisions set forth in Appendix "1" shall apply to this Agreement.
