This Lease is made and entered into on the date signed below, by and between the Board of Governors of the Colorado State University System, acting by and through Colorado State University (hereinafter referred to as “University”) and for certain residential space from the University during the term of this Lease. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the payment of rent and the performance of the covenants and agreements by Resident as hereinafter set forth, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
