THIS SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT is made and entered into between Resource Real Estate Opportunity REIT, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the “Company”) and the investor(s) whose signature appears below (collectively or individually, the “Investor”). All information required by the Subscription Agreement will remain confidential. The Investor will not be admitted as a stockholder until this Subscription Agreement has been accepted by the Company, which will be evidenced by the Company sending a confirmation of its acceptance. The Company may reject any subscription, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.
