This Contract is a continuing Contract as defined in Section 287.055 (2) (g), Florida Statutes. Task Authorizations to be performed by the CONSULTANT under this Contract sha ll be approved and authorized by the COUNTY in writing by issuance of County approved Purchase Orders, pursuant to the CONSULTANT'S Proposal and fee, whether or not modified by negotiation. The CONSULTANT’S authority to proceed with the specified scope of work will be either the County approved Purchase Orders or a County issued written Notice to Proceed to be determined by the County Project Manager.
