*If a club or activity advisor receives a “Needs Improvement” evaluation, the advisor is required to meet with the administrator and develop a plan for improvement before the district will consider offering a contract for the following year. If during the plan of improvement, terms of the plan are not met, then the district reserves the right not to renew the advisor’s club or activity contract for the following year.
