Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between you and Intuit Canada Limited (“Intuit”) and is effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in the Term section below, and provides the terms and conditions of membership in the QuickBooks ProAdvisor Program (“Program”). This Agreement supersedes all previous Program terms and conditions, benefit provisions and other Program agreements and shall apply to all Program members regardless of when Program membership began. Your participation in the Program means that you agree to the terms and conditions of membership as provided in this Agreement.
