Flutter Entertainment plc, a public limited company organized under the laws of Ireland (the “Company”), pursuant to its Amended and Restated 2024 Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan, including the Non-Employee Sub-Plan (together, the “Plan”), hereby grants to the individual whose name is set forth below (the “Participant”) the number of Restricted Share Units set forth below (the “RSUs”) as of the date set forth below (the “Grant Date”). The RSUs are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Restricted Share Unit Award Grant Notice (this “Grant Notice”), the Terms and Conditions of the Restricted Share Unit Award attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Ts&Cs”) (together with this Grant Notice, the “Agreement”), and the Plan, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
