Unless defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Plan. For the avoidance of doubt, references in the Plan to (i) the “Company” mean Western Midstream Holdings, LLC and (ii) the “Partnership” mean Western Midstream Partners, LP.
