This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Franz Chavez Hidalgo (“Plaintiff”) and defendant Orozco’s Auto Service, Inc., Servando Orozco, and Cindy Orozco (“OAS”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and OAS collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
