AUTO LOAN APPLICATION FORM & AGREEMENT - CORPORATE(S)Agreement • September 11th, 2014
With reference to the above car (the car) whose purchase was financed by Emirates NBD PJSC (the Bank) and then mortgaged for the benefit of the Bank in security of the loan extended to me by the Bank, I hereby irrevocably authorize the Bank to repossess the car and to sell the car at any price the Bank deems it appropriate, receive any sale proceed and to register the car in the name of the new purchaser with the Traffic Department. I authorize the Bank to use the proceeds of the above car sale to settle any car loan and any obligations or other loans payable to the bank by me.
