This Investment Services Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions under which "National Securities Single Member S.A." (Hereinafter "the Company ") agrees to provide the Services as defined in term 2 of the Agreement, to the person whose details are listed below. This Agreement is legally binding and applies as of its signing by the Client or from the time the Services are provided, and as long as such Services are provided. The terms of the Agreement, including its Annexes, which constitute an integral part thereof, shall prevail over any prior written or oral agreement between the Company and the Client. The terms of this Agreement are agreed without prejudice to (a) the laws and/or regulations governing the operation of stock exchanges, clearing systems and capital markets where the Client's transactions are concluded within the framework of the provision of the Services; and (b) the provisions of other agreements, or agreements supplementary to this
