This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2002, by and between the Parking Authority the City of Camden, hereinafter called the "Parking Authority", and Camden County Council No. 10, hereinafter called the "Union", and has as its purpose the promotion of harmonious relations between the Parking Authority and the Union; the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences; and the establishment of rates of pay, hours of work, and other terms and conditions of employment for the employees covered by this Agreement.
