By participating in the Competition, you expressly acknowledge and agree you have read and understand all terms and conditions in this Agreement, and have had the opportunity to consult with your own independent legal counsel at your own expense. The terms of this Agreement are strictly confidential, and may not be shared by you with any third party other than your own independent legal counsel.
