American Airlines, Inc., Case No. 1:17-cv-11297- WGY (D. Mass. 2017), on the terms set forth below and to the full extent reflected herein, subject to approval of the Court. Capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Section II of this Settlement Agreement.
