This Grant Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Education (“ODE”) and David Douglas School District 40 (“Grantee”) for financing of the project referred to above and described in Exhibit A-1 (the “Project”). This Agreement becomes effective only when fully signed and approved as required by applicable law.
