This is an Amendment (“Amendment”) to incorporate the determinations of the FCC Omaha Forbearance Order into the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation (“Qwest”), a Colorado corporation, and Community Internet Systems, Inc. (“CLEC”), a Nebraska corporation. Qwest and CLEC shall be known jointly as the “Parties”.
