The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers and Minds + Machines Group Limited agree, effective as of (“Amendment No. 2 Effective Date”), that the modification set forth in this amendment No. 2 (the “Amendment”) is made to the 30 January 2015 xn--g2xx48c Registry Agreement between the parties, as amended (the “Agreement”).
