This technology licensing agreement (the “Agreement”) made and entered as of the date of signature by and between the Polymer Institute of the Slovak Academy of Sciences (shortly as PISAS) and the Water Research Institute (shortly as WRI), hereinafter also called “Disclosing Parties”, both having offices in Bratislava, Slovakia and AQUA+TECH Specialties S.A. (shortly asAQUA+TECH), hereinafter also called “Receiving Party, having office in Geneva, Switzerland. For the purpose of this agreement, AQUA+TECH and PISAS with WRI can be, collectively referred to as the Parties or individually as the Party.
