THIS PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT (“this Agreement”) is made and entered into as of (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation (“City”), and South San Francisco Italian American Citizens Club, a non-profit organization (“IACC”). City and IACC are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
