THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into the date of last signature below by and between Children’s Trust of Alachua County established pursuant to Section 125.901 Florida Statutes and Alachua County Ordinance 18-08, hereinafter referred to as the “CTAC, and The University of Florida Board of Trustees, on behalf of The University of Florida College of Dentistry, a public body corporate organized under the laws of the State of Florida hereinafter called “Agency.” Collectively hereinafter CTAC and the Agency are referred to as the “Parties”.
