And Whereas pursuant to By-law 2006-262 as amended, (hereinafter referred to as “By-law 2018-057” and the “Housing Facilities By-law”) and consistent with the Affordable Housing Framework, Council was provided authority to pass by-laws permitting the City to enter into municipal housing project facilities agreements with housing providers pursuant to subsection 110 (1) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, c.25 and its regulations (and specifically Ontario Regulation 603/06, as amended) for the provision of municipal housing project facilities;
