Congratulations on your purchase of one or more Ixia products. References herein to Ixia products includes both Ixia’s and its affiliates’ products. Only those Ixia products listed on the invoice that you received from Ixia or its authorized reseller are covered under this Limited Warranty and Technical Support Agreement (this “Warranty Agreement”). If the products come from Ixia, a California corporation (“Ixia U.S.”), whether directly or through an authorized reseller, then the term “Ixia,” as used herein, means Ixia U.S. If the products come from Ixia Technologies International Limited, a company organized under the laws of Ireland (“Ixia International”), whether directly or through an authorized reseller, then the term “Ixia,” as used herein, means Ixia International. By using any of the products that are covered by this Warranty Agreement, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
