The terms of the Terminal Use Agreement (“TUA”) for Throughput Services for the 2nd and other future Throughput Customers are anticipated to be substantially similar, from an operational perspective, to the provisions in the existing Terminal Use Agreement dated 15 March 2010 (“Existing TUA”) between Singapore LNG Corporation Pte. Ltd. (“SLNG”) and BG Singapore Gas Marketing Pte. Ltd. (“BG”).
