This Regulatory Agreement and Declaration of Restrictive Cove­nants (the "Agreement") is made this day of __________, 2012_ by and among the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, acting by and through the Department of Housing and Community Development ("DHCD") pursuant to G.L. c.23B §1 as amended by Chapter 19 of the Acts of 2007, the Town of Weston, Elderly Housing Committee, a committee of the Town of Weston authorized by Chapter 148 of the Acts of 1977, as amended (the “Developer") and the Weston Affordable Housing Trust (the “Restriction Holder”) and its successors and assigns.
