(“HP”) and Life Clips, Inc. a corporation established under the laws of the State of Wyoming whose address is 233 S. Sharon Amity Rd. Suite 201, Charlotte, NC 28211 (“LICENSEE”). HP and LICENSEE are each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
