This agreement, entered into as of the day of , by , hereinafter referred to as “Coach”, an individual serving the Texas United Futbol Club (TUFC). The Coach represents that he/she is qualified and desires to perform the services required by the Club. The term is for ONE TUFC fiscal year that runs from July 1st to June 30th. Either party can terminate this agreement with 10 days written notice to the other party.
