This Agreement is made and entered into as of the DAY of MONTH, YEAR by and between AGENCY NAME, hereinafter referred to as "CLIENT" and the City of Foster City/Estero Municipal Improvement District, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY/DISTRICT".
