PREAMBLE 1Authorizing Agreement • January 11th, 2011
This Agreement, made and entered into this 10TH, day of October, 2010, signed January 6, 2011 by and between the Township of Morris, a municipal corporation in the County of Morris and State of New Jersey (hereinafter referred to as the 'Township') with offices at the Municipal Building, 50 Woodland Avenue, Morris Township, New Jersey 07961-7603, as 'Public Employer', and Morris Council No. 6, NJCSA, IFPTE, AFL- CIO, 6 Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey 07963 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Union') as 'Public Employee Representative', is the final and complete understanding between the Township and the Union of all bargainable issues and as such will serve to promote and maintain a harmonious relationship between the Township and those of its employees who are subject to this Agreement, in order that more efficient and progressive public service may be rendered.
