This Group Affiliation Agreement (“Agreement”), effective (“Effective Date”), is made among the Maryland 4-H Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation), the University of Maryland, University of Maryland Extension (“UME”), and the (“4-H Authorized Group” or “Group”).
