This Interconnection Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between, Powertel, Inc. (“Powertel”), a Georgia corporation, having offices at 1233 O.G. Skinner Drive, West Point, Georgia 31833, for and on behalf of itself and its affiliated Commercial Mobile Radio Service providers identified in Attachment 6: Powertel Affiliated Commercial Mobile Radio Service Providers, and ALLTEL Communications Services Corporation (“ALLTEL”), a Delaware corporation, having an office at One Allied Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72202, for and on behalf of the affiliated local exchange carriers identified in Attachment 1: ALLTEL Affiliated Local Exchange Carriers (collectively the Parties).
