THIS CONTRACT is entered into by and between the State of Montana, Department of Environmental Quality (State), and xxxxxxxxx (Contractor), the purchase of junk vehicles by Contractor for disposal and recycling as scrap metal in accordance with the Motor Vehicle Recycling and Disposal Program pursuant to Section 75-10-531, MCA. This Contract is entered into in accordance with Title 18, Montana Code Annotated (MCA), and the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM), Title 2, chapter 5.
