This is an agreement between UK Biobank and the Collaborator (each a “party”, together the “parties”). The Lead Collaborator is not a party to the MTA; however, UK Biobank requires the Lead Collaborator to sign the MTA to acknowledge that the provisions of this MTA have been “read and understood” so that they are fully aware of the Collaborator’s obligations to both UK Biobank and to UK Biobank’s Participants.
