This Mobile Deposit User Agreement (“Agreement”) contains the terms and conditions for use of Levo Federal Credit Union’s Mobile Deposit services (“Mobile Deposit”). The words “we”, “us”, “our”, “Credit Union” and “Levo CU” mean Levo Federal Credit Union. The words “you” or “your” mean each and every person that uses Mobile Deposit. The word “account” means any one or more deposit accounts you have with Levo Federal Credit Union.
