THIS AGREEMENT (herein "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between CITY OF BURLINGTON a Washington municipal corporation (herein "City") and BURLINGTON-EDISON SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 100, (herein "District") pursuant to the authority granted by law including but not limited to Chapter 39.34 RCW, INTERLOCAL COOPERATION ACT. The City and the District may be individually referredto herein as a "Party" and may be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”.
