THIS MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter the “Agreement” or the “MSA”) together with all Executed Project Proposals between the parties hereto (this MSA; all Executed Project Proposals, past, present, or future; and all additional agreements and their supporting documents, exhibits, and appendices; along with all amendments, are together referred to hereinafter as, the “Relationship”). This Agreement is made by and between INFINITY NETWORK SOLUTIONS, INC., a Georgia corporation (hereinafter, “INFINITY”), and the other party to such Executed Project Proposal (hereinafter, “You” the “Customer”). You have agreed, on the date You first executed an Executed Project Proposal (the “Effective Date”), to be bound by all the terms and conditions herein. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the MSA and any Executed Project Proposal, the terms of the Executed Project Proposal shall control.
